1. Acceptance of Terms

Age Verification

Upon registration, and at any point during the lifecycle of your account, ack444 may request that you submit documentation confirming your date of birth and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. 3. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ack444. If duplicate accounts are detected, ack444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on ack444 is ৳500 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's ack444 wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile money transfer. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 10 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the receiving bank. ack444 does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method.
Players are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from payment accounts registered in their own name. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 to 6 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of peak demand or where additional verification is required.
ack444 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players who have completed full KYC verification experience the fastest withdrawal processing times, as verified accounts require fewer review checkpoints before release of funds.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless the player has contacted support and submitted a payment method change request in accordance with the ack444 withdrawal policy. Anti-Money Laundering Policy: ack444 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
ack444 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically without replacement or compensation.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

General Bonus Conditions
ack444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The maximum cashout from any free spin or no-deposit bonus promotion is subject to the cap stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Cash deposits and bonus balances are tracked separately in the player's wallet; cash is always used before bonus funds in the calculation of wager settlements.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the ack444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ack444 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Prohibited Activities
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the ack444 platform, whether in your own name or using a different identity.

- Placing bets on behalf of another person, accepting bets from third parties through your ack444 account, or operating your account as an agent or intermediary.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ack444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any ack444 backend system.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
ack444 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ack444 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or settled bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, forfeit any bonus funds or promotional winnings associated with the account, and retain deposits where the prohibited conduct constitutes fraud or a criminal offence. ack444 may also report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
Either the player or ack444 may initiate closure of a player account. The process and implications differ depending on which party initiates the closure and the reason for doing so.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your ack444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ack444 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bets remain unsettled.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel gambling is becoming a problem — please inform the support team of this reason. ack444 will activate additional protective measures, including marking your account as a responsible gaming closure and adding your details to the ack444 self-exclusion register, to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period you specify.
ack444-Initiated Suspension or Closure
ack444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against ack444 without prior contact with the support team.
- Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for a period of 12 consecutive months), in which case ack444 will notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee or closing the account.
Where an account is closed by ack444 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. ack444 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability
ack444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ack444 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, error, or data loss, ack444 cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ack444 shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of funds arising from technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond ack444's reasonable control.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment networks (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Governing Language

Entire Agreement
